 Beef RockI was in a particularly good mood the day I recorded this song. I wanted something fast and hard. When it came time to name it I kept thinking about how “beefy” it sounded… hence the name “Beef Rock”. This is my favorite of all my songs. Enjoy! Clangian OrchestraThis song has never been used by anyone for anything. It doesn't really fit Quake 3, and isn't really good fraggin' music. I think it would be a good candidate for a video. I've always thought this could work more as a musical score than "level music". It's different than my other stuff that's for sure. Classic Doom 3 SoundtrackWell it's finally here. After working all of 2005 on this, the Classic Doom 3 Soundtrack is finally done. I feel it's my finest work to date. This is my contribution to the community. I hope I've done id and Bobby Prince proud on this one and I hope I've earned everyone's respect. A certain former id owner named John listened to a few of these tracks and said he really liked them, so that's really cool. Huge shout out to Thumpmonk for mastering the songs for me, and his E1M9 is a true work of art. Included in the zip file is a "making of" document where I talk a little bit about my experience of recording all this music. I'm seriously still looking to get hired at a major studio, so if you're in the position to hire me and you like this stuff, please contact me. I've been doing the game music thing for two years now and I'm ready to work in a big-time studio. Raven and Human Head Studios are in my home town so those would be my first two choices, but I'm willing to relocate. I just don't know how I could go onto another mod after cdoom. How can I top it? Feared SpacesI originally made this song for redfella's Graviton level but he decided to go a different direction and he used "HC" instead. skinNCNmaster used a 12 second loop of this song in his PN03 level, which turned out really cool. Download the whole song for a better taste of my style. HCThis song goes back a little ways. I've decided to release the full version because I recently used a portion of this song in redfella's Quake 3 level "Graviton". I made this one over a year ago and had never gotten up the nerve to release it. But because of refella's comments about how much he liked it that gave me the confidence to release something a little older. :) Thanks red! NightmaresKaziganthe used this song in his level “CTF3”. I actually custom made this specifically for that level. Listen closely for the hidden message “Nightmares grow from dreams…”. I got that directly from the television screens in his level. This was my first attempt at something “techno-ish”. The result really isn’t techno at all, but very cool. This was the first song I created specifically for someone else, and for a game level. I think it’s still one of my best songs yet. |
